Let’s talk about denim!
Jeans are pivotal to your wardrobe , whatever age or shape you are.
The key to looking modern and effortless?
Update ! Update ! Update !
Yes, update the shape of your favorite denim. And your whole wardrobe suddenly gets an injection of chic.

It’s the FiFi Philosophy 101: Classics ( like jeans !) actually have a use by date.
You can’t keep wearing the same old shapes and styles forever. No, No, No !
That’s if you want to look modern and chic ( of course you do !)(that’s why you are here reading this!).

Here’s the FiFi approved denim you need to invest in right now :
( the good news: every SINGLE item right here is available from THEICONIC )(Gifted)

Outfit 1.
Barrel shape jeans are so flattering , cool and so right for day in a lighter blue wash.
Then why not do double denim with this pretty denim shirt , love the frill collar and cuffs, softens the denim.
Toss a long camel coat on your shoulders when it gets chilly.( NOTHING cooler than denim and camel!)
Finish the look with fabulous mesh white mules ( They are my obsession ) and the best EVER choc brown suede bag (which I have nabbed as I needed a new suede bag and I LOVE this slouchy, roomy shape).

I’m wearing size 30 in the jeans, size large in the blue denim shirt, size 14 in the coat.

Outfit 2.
I’ve been on the hunt for barrel leg jeans in a darker denim wash , these are perfect !
Just the thing for going out dark denim is a bit chicer, more elevated than blue denim but still low key for smart casual.
As I have been saying high waist jeans are a match made in heaven with a shorter crop jacket.
This fabulous crop jacket in choc brown is soft, almost like a cardigan , but ten times coooler. Love it !
Pull the look together with these DIVINE brown satin pointy kitten heels and the chicest brown shoulder/clutch bag

I’m wearing size 30 in the jeans, size 12 in the jacket .

Outfit 3
White straight jeans are de rigueur in your winter wardrobe !
In fact I think white jeans are almost better in winter than summer ( they can look a bit jaunty/nautical !)
Love the idea of white denim with a slouchy grey knit on chilly weekends. And because these high waist jeans are straight they sit really well under a long knit and balance out the silhouette.
Of course a long camel coat ( or any camel jacket !) is all you need to throw on as an extra layer.
Hint: I’ve rolled up the hem of the jeans so they sit at the right length : perfect with flats or heels.
In terms of accessories : there is nothing better than a big black fabulous tote to anchor the white and grey.

Im wearing size 30 in the jeans, size 14 in the grey knit, size 14 in the coat as before
