The colour !
It’s that stone, cream, concrete colour that is so chic and so versatile. Any colour will be very happy with these pants from cream, to white, to brown and any neutral. Black ? Yes ! Navy ? Of course !
The feel !
Soft and so comfortable, stretchy but in a cotton blend twill fabric which means they are hold their shape and look structured ( as opposed to floppy)( no thank you !) They skim but don’t cling and look sophisticated.
The wide leg !
It’s a modern, looser cut with a wide leg. This is why I am always talk about updating classics into new shapes. Also love the mid/low rise waist and the fact these pants are like jeans with 5 pockets.
Machine washable !
Yes love anything you can throw in the wash. The best thing is that they are almost wrinkle free out of the drier.
Styling tips:
I’ve layered my white tee under this dark brown lululemon tee. Just roll up the sleeves so you can see the white . It’s a clever way to add a third colour to the mix and lightens up the look. Oh and white next to your face is always good.
These pants obviously work with a plain white tee but going to Autumn it’s all the funnel neck jacket and this one in cream is lightweight (almost sheer !) so it’s all you need right now tossed over a white tank or tee.
In terms of shoes : I love a little heel but as these pants are great with any flats from sneakers, to thongs, to net flats, Toss on your favourite bag and you’re out the door .
