Back to work ! The secret to looking chic at the office ( and 16 fabulous pieces you need now).

It’s time to head back to work.
For some it actually means heading back to the office.
But what to wear??
Arrgggh!
No more track pants and denim that’s for sure.

My advice:

Stick to classic colours: they are the most versatile.
Remember the modern edge and the look of effortlessness comes from the drama in the cut.
It’s the new shapes and updated silhouettes that make it interesting!

That means updating your core pieces:

• You want a trouser suit.  A long slouchy blazer and wide pants.
• Stick to pretty blouses with drama and shell tops with structure. Nothing flimsy
• A stripe shirt will add print and colour.
  ( NB: ditch the idea stripe shirts are only corporate they also love denim)
• Big poets sleeves add edge (aurevoir tight shirts).
• You want culottes and shorts: they look modern, perfect for hot weather.
• Add in a dress or two (on the SHOP pages) and a sleeveless vest.
• Pull on mules and a roomy bag that will tone in …and voila!
