French Exit which I read a couple of years ago is dark, satirical and an almost nihilistic book. Knew it would be a fabulous movie. Set in Paris starring Michelle Pfeiffer wearing lots of fabulous clothes and playing a kooky widow with a cat…what’s not to love ?!
