I’ve tracked down everything you need for the beach and beyond.

The good news?
Looking fabulous a la plage doesn’t have to cost a fortune.
Everything here is under $200! #woohoo

The simple Dress: It should be chic and easy to throw on. It could be in black. Or White. Maybe a shirt dress. Perfect to toss over a swimsuit. For colour (!) and a little Boho Bahamas luxury grab a Pippa Holt Kaftan

T shirt dress: You need a Tee shirt dress – yes with shoulder pads – to toss over everything ( in two different lengths). Also check out Bassike for the best light breathable cotton dress, love wearing this to the beach.

Overalls/jumpsuit: Why not? They’re cool ! Whatever age you are. Go for classic black to toss over your cossie.

Wide linen pants: De rigueur on a beach holiday. Update them this season! You want glamorous palazzo pants, wide and drawstring.

The Hat: You want a big oversized floppy raffia hat that you can actually hide under.
Or a cute cotton pull on bucket hat in a white or neutral.

Beach bag: Or is there anything chicer than a simple French market beach bag? Or invest in the classic tote with tan trim from LLbean.

Slides: If you hate rubber thongs such as my good self best to grab white Birkenstocks, jelly slides or just tan sandals.

Rashie: I bought this J crew stripe rashie years and love it. Love this white zip front rashie too. You can get a good navy daisy rashie at the Cancer Council shop.

Wedge espadrilles: They give you height when you need it. Casual and easy to wear without looking over dressed.
