LSD : steal her style !

This is Lauren Santo Domingo from Moda Operandi
Love her style: minimal and pulled together. She always looks effortless.
This could be an outfit from my own wardrobe (!).
I have been absolutely living in my leather baggy pants, sweaters & heels for a couple of seasons now.
And guess what?
I’ll be pulling out that uniform once again this winter!
I love black pleather pants because they’re as versatile as black pants. Only groovier.
The texture adds a cool edge, something that boring black pants don’t have.
And because they’re baggy and not tight it’s a look any age can pull off.
Plus the best thing is?
Black pleather pants don’t need ironing !
styling tip: Love the idea of tossing the matching sweater to wear as a scarf around the neck.
NB: Celine invented this look by attaching the actual sleeves to a sweater.
I’ve posted this look last year on The FiFi Report and you can read all about the trend here

Tips:
Make sure your leather pants sit high on the waist.
Tuck in your sweater but not too neatly.
Your pants can be tapered or straight leg but should be cropped above the ankle.
You can roll them up if you need to.
More reason to see the fabulous pointy black heels.
You could swap these mules out for a classic pump but I love the fashiony look of these pointy heels.
Grab the snakeskin clutch to add a little interest, print and – dare I say – colour !
Now you can steal her style from luxe to less.
