It’s all black : from luxe to less! #howtowearit.

Black is back and chicer than ever. (Um, did it ever go away?).
We love it. For many reasons.
But it can be tricky to wear it head to toe. Especially in winter.
In summer bare legs and arms break it up so it looks sexy.
(I even found it tricky posting all these pieces and making a layout that looked appealing).
Sometimes it’s all too dark and boring.
You start looking like a Greek mama ready for a funeral. Bless.
So here’s a few handy little tips on wearing black:
Look for new shapes in the classics:
We are talking flares, an oversize slouchy sweater, crop pants or the new long coat.
Look for texture, shine or embellishment.
We are talking leather, chiffon, pleats, suede, patent or sequins.
Look for exaggerated shapes.
That means long cuffs, big pockets, long skirts , bell sleeves.
Always add major statement shoes: They change everything !
Don’t worry about mixing shades of black.
Always show a little skin: that might just be a flash of an ankle, bare legs or neckline.
Add white sneakers and navy, camel or grey and voila !
