We all need a trench. In camel. Love APC. Toss it over a slogan sweater to remind/convince yourself you are, you know, cool. Brogues in a pale suede will lighten everything up. Like a hot cross bun tomorrow. NB: brogues need a funky sweater to sex them up. You are not a secretary on Mad Men. You are Joan. Right? This Autumn it’s all about the peacoat. In camel. Totes. This little number is in black as well. And it’s $165. Shut up. That should be a cheap & chic of the week. (But the gumboots won out). Can you ever have too many stripes tees? Perhaps stripe tee rehab is on the cards for the long weekend? Easier to give up Chocolate I say! Love the neckline on this Bassike number plus the long. long sleeves. So you don’t have a boyfriend? Who cares! You will when you pull on these jeans. I like that they are slightly lower rise. High rise and baggy? Totes scary as wearing no makeup. Slouchy, baggy, cool is the dictum. I’ve been prattling on about the white sneaker. Singular but wear in plural. Yes, it’s nearly sold out but the biker jacket in grey that’s soft and stretchy? Yo Bro. It’s a winner. Perfect for transeasonal dressing. Perfect with slouchy pants. Tres cool with jeans. Divine with a leather or a flirty skirt . Now toss on a big, baggy sweater. Over white tee would be great. Let it hang out the bottom. Like mine does. Or toss this sweater over a denim shirt. True story. You do want wedge peep toe suede booties. You do. Who knew? Well I did as soon as I saw them. But FYI my fav Country Road taupe ankle boots are now on sale. #Get shopping #HappyEaster !
