Which is why when you go off piste and buy green, purple, and pink etc you struggle to get dressed. Those colours are tricky. You need to spend hours styling them up. Hours ! And have an eye. Most women don’t have the time. Struggle to work out how to pull it together ( oh and those colors never look expensive unless they are)(but you knew that).

The other secret to effortless dressing?
Update all the basics like jeans and coats into new modern shapes.
You want a long oversized coat in a delicious brown. And jeans that are long, wide leg with a high waist.
The best thing happens:  You put them on and they instantly look good. No need to joosh up with silly beads and scarves and shit like that ! The modern shapes and colours do all the hard work for you. You toss them on.
Out the door. Easy. Effortless.

Styling tricks:
Think about 3 colors on the body. Why? More than three is too hard to do and only two can be too matchy match.
Toss on a grey hoodie. Pull out the hood over the coat.
Pull on sneakers like these sambas. They work (and everyone loves them) because they are all the colours you love. That being white, brown and black. The stripe adds a sporty touch and the colors link back to the outfit.
Grab any bag here. A black chic designer number like this is chic but any black slouchy bag would work just as well. Same if it was a white or tan bag.
