What’s not to love about leather pants ?!
They’re comfortable.
They add a fashion edge to any look ( without screaming; look at me).
They’re more exciting than boring black pants but are just as versatile.
I reach for pleather pants for just about any occasion.
In brown or black, both colours work equally well.
Off to dinner ?
Pleather pants work with heels, a knit and an oversized jacket.
Mix up the tones and the textures. The interest is in the shapes ( not kooky colours!)
For drinks?
Add a chiffon blouse and flats.
Don’t be afraid to mix fabrics. Hard & soft. Tough and pretty. Chiffon and leather.
Casual weekends?
I’d throw on pleather leggings/pants with a big coat & sneakers ( see here)
Hint:
Look for pleather pants that are loose and wide leg : it’s more modern and they’re more chill in a roomy cut . Of course leggings are right with big sweaters. ( tight + leather = scary ). In terms of length? Longer is better with wide legs but with pleather track pants or leggings it’s good to see the ankle.
Oh and the best thing about pleather pants? They don’t need ironing !
