Yay. It’s chilly!
I’m so excited to get into my winter clothes.
You can get creative with how you dress because there are just more pieces to toss on.
Looking effortless and chic though can be tricky when you have lots of layers.
You don’t want to look Michelin Man but also – god forbid – who wants to look daggy? Yikes!

Everyone keep calm!
I’ve found lots of fabulous pieces to wear right now on these chilly winter weekends.

Styling tips:

• Stick to expensive colours: that is black, brown, khaki with dollops of camel, navy and denim.
• These are colours that looks expensive but don’t have to be.
• Most importantly they all work together and love each other.
• Meaning? You can get dressed easily and effortlessly.
• Think about investing in fabulous coats and jackets: that’s where to spend the money.
• On statement pieces that get noticed. On the top.
• Such as fabulous puffa, peacoat or parka. Or a long coat.
• It can get oversized especially with a slouchy sweater under there. The trick?
• Just pull on bottoms that are narrow like straight jeans or leather leggings.
• But anchor the silhouette with heavy boots so you balance the look.

Shoes? Can be tricky!

• Grab white sneakers or some loafers with a neutral detail.
• Pull on combat boots either in black or neutral:  let the jeans hem sit on the top.
• I love wearing long knee high boots under my cropped jeans (Isabel Marant started this trend way back in 2016 see here with white crop pants: and I’ve been telling you to try this look ever since!)
• Hint: Please wave goodbye to low cut ankle boots – they should be sent away with your skinny jeans.

Accessories:
