Paltrow greets us in the vegetable garden of her lush Amagansett house. While she answers queries like “her greatest vice” and “the one clothing item daughter Apple isn’t allowed to borrow,” we take a tour of the gorgeous grounds, winding past the pool (where a cheese board is waiting), try out the hot-and-cold plunge, and end in the apple orchard. The entire time, Paltrow’s barefoot—grounding, of course.
