What makes it look effortless?
The colours are muted and modern (and they don’t yell !)
All the pieces are slouchy. Updated to new shapes.
The blazer is oversized and long with shoulder pads.
The white chinos are loose and straight leg.
The tee is round neck and roomy.
Nothing is tight and fitted. (That always looks try hard and well..dated).
Everything looks comfortable : IS actually comfortable.
You could throw it on and race out the door and feel great.

styling tips:
Don’t worry about matching colours exactly: it’s about the tones.
Love the sneakers with a camel sole: they work back to the bag. ( a black sole ? Too jarring)
You want white pants to be a bit cropped with sneakers ( long pants looks great when you show toes and sandals!)
(You could roll the hem up if you needed to)
The tee could be in neutral but a white tee is also perfect.
Tuck in the tee or do a front tuck to create shape.
Add a fabulous designer tote to elevate the look.
But a shoulder bag or bucket bag in a white or tan would work too.
Push up the sleeves of the blazer for added effortlessness.
