Woo hoo ..Time to get into the Christmas party spirit.
What to wear?
You don’t necessarily need a new dress ( but don’t worry I have found some goodies below) just invest in a few sensational standout accessories.

Case in point: The chic Mango black tuxedo jacket  ( see above) with velvet pants or this simple little black dress from COS.
All you need to do is add some metallic heels, a clutch , some dingle dangle earrings and you’re done !

The good news: all these metallic accessories look totally chic with any expensive colours like black and navy but especially fabulous with white.
And these accessories are not just for Christmas. Perfect all year round. Which means you’re not just buying something that’s a one off; this is investment dressing and excellent cost per wear.

          Styling tips:

• Stick to minimal classic colours – black, white , navy is always sophisticated – but update them into new modern shapes ( that means an LBD that is LONG,  slouchy pants, tops with big sleeves and jumpsuits.)
• Mix up gold and silver : it’s the modern way to dress.
• But matching a gold bag with gold earrings and cuff ? Totally fine.
• If you don’t want to buy new shoes just pull out your white summer heels and add major earrings and a clutch bag.
• With accessories it’s best to keep one single piece the centre of attention. So I always gravitate towards major earrings or a major necklace. Never both. It confuses the eye. And you are not a Christmas tree
• I have picked out lots of heels here but a chic metallic (or stud flat sandal) , is totally modern with slouchy pants and tuxedo blazer : Add sparkle earrings and a silver clutch and it’s low key post covid relaxed dressing.
  Remember keep it simple, the idea is to look effortless and FEEL chic !
