Styling trick of the week : Tie me up , tie me down!

You know that Grunge/denim/tartan shirt you have snoozing in your wardrobe?
It’s time for a tie me up, tie me down!
The styling trick of the week is about tying something – not necessarily a shirt- around your waist.
Oh, you remember doing this last time way baack in the 90’s? Bless.
Yes, you may roll your eyes or nod in agreement.
Either way it’s something that’s happening in the world of street style.
The way to do it: Keep it chic!
Add fabulus heels, a snazzy designer bag, a classic camel coat or a seriously sharp tailored blazer.
It doesn’t have to be a tartan shirt (But if it is, it should be Saint Laurent) you can try wrapping your leather jacket, a bright sweater,  a denim shirt or even stripe tee.
The idea? It’s the best way to get colour and print into your wardrobe, you know, without um, er, actually wearing it.
(Also good for covering any almoind mugnum muffins situations lurking over winter)
