Your shopping list for a summer holiday.

The simple Dress: It’s chic and simple, and blue is a great fresh alternative to black. Perfect to toss over a swimsuit from Netaporter.  Try Cotton On or this simple Bassiket shirt dress.  For colour (!) and a little Boho Bahamas try Pippa Holt Kaftans

The Hat : you want a big oversized floppy raffia hat that you can actually hide under. On sale at Country Road. The coolest hat now for the beach? A fishermans hat.

Beach bag: Love a stripe beach bag from Baggu or Cos stores.  Or is there anything chicer than a simple French style raffia bag here.

T shirt: You need a long sleeve white tee to toss over everything. Bassike is the best because of the light breathable cotton.

White slides : I hate rubber thongs yikes but I love these white leather slides from Trenery.

Sunglasses : white sunglasses in a round shape are what you want from General Pants.

Rashie:  I bought a J crew stripe rashie last year and love it. You can get a good stripe rashie at the Cancer Council shop.

Wedge espadrilles: They give you height when you need it but are so casual and easy to wear for BBQs and beach parties from Soludos.

Track pants: So comfortable over the situation and loved a little stripe too from DKNY at the Outnet or try CottonOn for a cheap n chic option.

Wide linen pants:  De rigueur on a beach holiday. Love these in grey , they work with black and white from Country Road.

White sneakers: Duh. I love these because I hate laces and love to slip these on. Now perforated white from SEED.
