Chocolate mousse with raspberries #romantic.

By  |  0 Comments

A perfectly scrumptious and rich Valentine’s Day recipe.
This is a lovely creamy – easy to make – chocolate mousse with the added freshness of raspberries
The good news?
There is no need to bake anything .
Which means you can spend more time on your outfit.
It’s adulterated from Alaska from Scratch.
(The things you find after googling chocolate and raspberries )

You need for four :  so that both you and Bradley Cooper get two each:

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 cup or 225grams of cream cheese, softened
90 grams of dark chocolate squares
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup fresh raspberries.

•    Melt chocolate using a stainless steel bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until as smooth as YSL lipstick
•    Remove from heat –  the chocolate from the stove….while you do the next steps.
•    Whisk the cream on high speed until the cream holds a stiff peak.  As stiff as um, er, an Hermes cuff.
•    Add the softened cream cheese and beat on medium speed until combined and smooth as a Celine bag
•    Gradually pour in the melted chocolate followed by the vanilla.
•    Finally, add the sugar until it all comes together.
•    Pour the mixture into chic ramekins or other small dessert vessels.
•    Accessorise with raspberries, reserving leftover raspberries for serving.
•    Refrigerate until set as Joan Rivers, about 2 hours.
•    Serve chilled with a scattering of raspberries on the side.
