Smoked salmon, horseradish & beetroot. It’s a Christmas canape!

“These little forks make great canapés, or bring a big platter of them to the table as a starter ” Jamie Oliver.

“I love anything that will take two minutes to whip up and looks fabulous” FiFi.

You need :
Jar of pickled beetroot
packet of smoked salmon .
jar of horseradish
cress bunch of
juice of 2 lemon juice
extra virgin olive oil

•    Slip into Saint Laurent tuxedo with Givenchy lace skirt.
•    Pull on strappy lace up Balmain heels.
•    Whip out the red Chanel lipstick.
•    Slice some pickled beetroot into a bowl.
•    Take a slice of smoked salmon.
•    Smear over some horseradish.
•    Guzzle a glass of champagne or three. Hic.
•    Then add a slice or two of beetroot, a pinch of cress and squeeze over the juice from a wedge of lemon.
•    Skewer all of the ingredients together on your fork then finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
•    You could layer on a mini slice of toasted bruschetta.
•    Done!
•    Pour the champagne …
