Shop the shoot ! Slouchy, baggy, cool.

I love the shoot of the week of Karlie Kloss in US Vogue.
It’s all the gorgeous pieces we’ve been talking about this winter.
Oversized sweaters, baggy pants, longer A line skirts, crop jackets.
In gorgeous camel, taupe and cream. And a bit of burgundy.
Tossed together with a touch of faux fur and a pretty pearl earring or brooch.
Of course it all looks so cool with the shoe of the moment: white sneakers. Yippee.
The best news?
If these pieces are in the August issue of American Vogue – showcasing next winter – these trends/silhouettes/styling tricks are continuing into next season.
They ‘aint going nowhere.
My fashion philosphy is to invest in a trend as soon as it starts to move up the groove richter scale. The idea is that while it’s freezing here in Australia you can start shopping with an eye out on the horizon to next season.
And then wear all those snazz-a-licious clothes right now. Yes, please!
Which is why I’ve tracked down clothes that are inspired by the shoot at much more affordable prices.
You’re welcome !
Fashion tips:
Mix up the silhouette. A wide skirt with a long sweater. Somehow it looks right.
Mix up the fabrics: leather , faux fur, knits and wool melton.
Mix up the tones of the same colour palette.  Stick to three colours on the body.
And look at that : No black.
