This is for those times when you have a few ripe bananas lying round, walnuts in the fridge and a stash of sneaky chocolate hidden away. Toss them together for a most delicious Banana, chocolate and walnut loaf…. adulterated from BBC GoodFood

You need for 30 models or one loaf:
4 ripe bananas, peeled
250g caster sugar
2 eggs
140g softened ( or melted) butter
250g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
100g walnut pieces
100g dark chocolate

•    Slip into Prada pants and Celine leather top.
•    Pull on Givenchy sneakers.
•    Heat oven to 180.
•    Pour a wine or three. Guzzle.
•    Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
•    In a large bowl, mash together the bananas and the sugar with the back of a fork.
•    Chop up the walnuts and then chop up the dark chocolate into chunky bits. As your thighs will be after eating this.
•    Add the eggs and mix well with an electric hand whisk until fully incorporated. A bit like white shoes in your wardrobe.
•    Then add the butter and mix for a couple mins more to blend everything together. Like a street style star at fashion week.
•    Sieve in the flour and baking powder and fold together with a metal spoon. Fold as you would your Prada dress.
•    Toss in the walnuts and chocolate bits. Hint: taste choc to make sure it’s delicious.
•    Give everything one final mix before tipping into the lined loaf tin.
•    Guzzle another wine.
•    Bake for 1 hr 5 mins or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
•    Leave to cool slightly in the tin, then turn out and serve cut into thick slices, either warm or at room temperature.
•    Any uneaten cake will keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
•    Yum !
