It’s gooey and delicious. Almost like a big fat divine chocolate brownie.
Scatter strawberries on the top before serving. Yum.

  • Slip into Chocolate cake cooking outfit.
  • I suggest a Black YSL feather dress.
  • Pull on black Birkenstocks.
  • Pour a huge wine.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C .
  • Grease and moisterise a 21 cm spring form tin and line the base with baking paper.
  • Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water) until melted. Like you in the humidity in Sydney.
  • Test and taste to make sure it is delicious.
  • Remove from the heat and leave to cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a large bowl. T
  • Using hand-held electric beaters, beat the egg yolks into the chocolate mixture, followed by the caster sugar, flour, and salt.
  • In a clean bowl, using clean, dry beaters, whisk the egg whites until they form firm peaks. Love a firm peak don’t you?
  • Carefully fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture with a large metal spoon as you would fold your Prada embellished shirt.
  • Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 45–50 minutes or until firm to the touch. As your stomach won’t be after eating this.
  • Cool completely in the tin, then accessorise with icing sugar .
  • Sprinkle with strawberries and serve with cream
  • Totes
